Taylor also stated NDSU has reached a three-year contract extension with Hoak Media, which will also include basketball coverage. Bison football and select basketball games will be broadcast in HD for the first time.

"We are very excited with our television package for the upcoming year. The ability to cover games in HD, the volume of coverage beyond our immediate region, and the addition of basketball games will be a big benefit for our fans." said Taylor.
