Tournament CentralKELLER, Texas – The North Dakota State women's golf team will by vying for its second consecutive Summit League title on Monday, April 21, at the Sky Creek Ranch golf club in Keller, Texas.
The Bison begin their first of three rounds at 9 a.m. on Monday. The 54-hole tournament takes place from April 21-23, with the course being played at 6,119 yards and scoring set at a par-72.

Sarah Storandt wrapped up individual honors and the Bison women's golf team finished third at the Gary Crossley Ford Kansas City Shootout Tuesday, April 8, at the Shoal Creek golf club.
Storandt came into the third round in a tie for first, but completed the final round with a 3-over 75 for a six-stroke victory with a final 7-over 223. Omaha's Kathryn Kesti, Kansas City's Susan Kirschenman and Redlands Community College's Ivon Reijers all tied for second by shooting 13-over 229.
The Bison came into the final round Tuesday tied for fifth, but a third-round 316 moved NDSU into third for a tournament-final 948.
Sophomore
Hailey Boner shot 79 in the third round and finished by shooting 948 and tied for 30th. Freshman
Alex Schmid tied for 34th by shooting a final 243 and sophomore
Cassie Wurm shot a 79 in the third round and completed the shootout tied for 42nd with a 245.

Megan Swan each competed individually for the Bison, with Crippen finishing tied for 30th by shooting 242 and Swan placing tied for 72nd at 259.
Wichita State shot 926 to win the shootout title and South Dakota State placed second by shooting a 937. NDSU edged out Oklahoma City University by one stroke for sole possession of third place.
Storandt Earns Individual Honors North Dakota State's
Sarah Storandt was named The Summit League's Female Golfer of the Week by the league office Wednesday, April 9, after achieving individual honors at the Gary Crossely Ford Kansas City Shootout in three rounds on April 7-8.
Storandt, a junior from Moorhead, Minn., claimed her second honor of the season after capturing her third individual title this season. She fired rounds of 76, 72 and 75 for a 54-hole 7-over 223. She finished six strokes ahead of three golfers that tied for second place as the Bison placed third out of 15 teams.
Storandt had previously won earned individual honors this past fall at the Concordia Cobber Open and the North Dakota Fall Classic.
Where the Bison Rank As a team, NDSU ranks second in The Summit League with a 314.0 scoring average – which trails Denver with a conference-best 297.5-stroke average.
Two Bison are featured among the top-10 individuals in scoring in The Summit League this season, with Storandt (76.7) in fifth and Wurm (79.1) in 10
th. Three more golfers are featured within the top-20 of the conference standings in individual average. Senior
Abby Weller and Boner are both tied for 14
th at 80.8 and Schmid rounds out the lineup at 20
th with an 81.2 average.
Clicking at the Right Time The Bison have five top-5 finishes this season, including a third place finish in their most recent tournament in Kansas City and team victories in the Cobber Open and the North Dakota Fall Classic.
Storandt has led NDSU by placing in the top-10 five times and top-5 four times. Weller and Wurm have three top-10 finishes, with two of those coming within the top five places. Boner also has two top-5 finishes.
