"The Road" documents the comeback of North Dakota State University senior quarterback and two-time team captain Carson Wentz, who was on a record-setting pace before missing eight games with a broken wrist. Wentz remained a key member of the team, helping the Bison go 8-0 under freshman quarterback Easton Stick and returning to lead the Bison to their fifth straight national championship.
