Teschuk completed her collegiate career at North Dakota State in June as a seven-time first-team All-American. As the
Canadian national champion in the 3,000m steeplechase, she will run for Team Canada at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Winnipeg, Manitoba, native will become the sixth former NDSU athlete to compete in the Summer Olympic Games.
Teschuk races at 8:05 a.m. (CT) on Saturday, Aug. 13. Live broadcast coverage is scheduled for NBC Sports Network, as well as being
streamed online.
