BROOKINGS, S.D. – The North Dakota State University women's soccer team fell to South Dakota State in The Summit League Women's Soccer Championship match on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Fishback Soccer Park in Brookings, 3-0.
With the loss, the Bison end the 2015 season at 13-6-1 overall – the most wins since 2011.

Junior
Amy Yang led the Bison with four shots and three shots on goal, while Miller tallied four shots and a pair of shots on goal.
South Dakota State took an early 1-0 lead after Dani Patterson scored from nine yards in the 17th-minute. The Jackrabbits extended their advantage to 2-0 with a penalty-kick goal by Diana Potterveld in the 43rd-minute.
Potterveld scored her second goal of the match to increase the SDSU lead to 3-0 in the 69th-minute.
For the match, South Dakota State outshot the Bison, 12-11, and posted a 5-4 advantage in corner kicks taken.
Senior goalkeeper
Sierra Bonham tallied the loss to end the season at 13-6-1 between the pipes. The Red Deer, Alberta, native finishes her NDSU career as the career leader in saves (403) and shutouts (20.1).
South Dakota State goalkeeper Nicole Inskeep made a match-high five saves and picked up the win to improve to 12-5-3.
