INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — North Dakota State connected for a season-high .396 attack percentage to defeat host IUPUI 3-0 (25-18, 25-17, 25-14) in a Summit League match played Saturday, Nov. 5, to win its fifth straight match and six of the last seven. The Bison sweep the season series with the Jaguars.

NDSU (10-4 SL, 12-16) is scheduled to host South Dakota State (3-10, 4-21) at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 in the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse. SDSU hosts Western Illinois on Saturday.

Hadley Steffen hammering away for 12 kills from the outside and
Emily Miron connecting for 12 kills and .667 attack percentage in the middle, the Bison were able to pull away from IUPUI in each set.
Emily Minnick had nine kills and hit .450, while
Erika Gelzinyte added six and hit .333.

Brianna Rasmusson directed the offense with 38 assists as NDSU hit .438 in the first set, .325 in the second and .441 in the third. Rasmusson added five kills and five digs.

Defensively,
Mikaela Purnell collected 17 digs and became the 23rd player to reach 1,000 digs in a career. Purnell reached double-figure digs for the 17th time in 18 matches.
Emily Milligan had 13 kills, while
Morgan Morgan contributed 11 digs, two kills and a pair of aces.

IUPUI (7-7 SL, 11-18) was limited to a .137 hitting percentage as the Bison finished with six team blocks. Logan Walling had 11 kills and Kori Waelbroeck added 10. Alexis Mapes finished with 29 assists, while Jessica Helms came up with 16 digs.
