Kelley Johnson Voted to Summit League Academic All-League Team

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Summit League announced its Academic All-League Team for the 2020-21 volleyball season on Wednesday, and North Dakota State sophomore Kelley Johnson was recognized on the eight-woman team.
Johnson (Eagan, Minn.) owns a 4.00 cumulative grade point average as a biological sciences major and the setter on the Bison volleyball team.
Johnson played in every set this season for the Bison, averaging 10.33 assists per set to rank second in The Summit League. She also led the team with 20 aces and hit .189 to record 32 kills on the year.
The team is voted on by the league's faculty athletics representatives and sports information directors. Student-athletes were chosen for the honor based on their academic and athletic performances this season. To be eligible for the Academic All-League team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 (on a 4.0 scale), with at least one full academic year completed at the current institution.
