ST. PAUL, Minn. – The North Dakota State men's basketball team built a nine-point lead at St. Thomas on Thursday night, but the Tommies rallied back to outscore the Bison by 19 in the second half and earn a 79-66 win in Summit League play.

Noah Feddersen scored a career-high 20 points to lead the Bison.
Boden Skunberg added 19 points and seven rebounds.

After shooting 71 percent (15-for-21) in the first half, NDSU finished at 48 percent for the game.

NDSU led by nine at 42-33 in the final minute of the first half. The Tommies strung together a 12-2 run over a five-minute stretch in the second half, going up 53-48 with 10:30 remaining. When the Bison pulled within one at 53-52, St. Thomas responded with another 13-4 run.

With a three-pointer in the second half, Skunberg became the 40th player in NDSU history to reach 1,000 career points.

Parker Bjorklund scored 32 points for St. Thomas to lead all scorers. Feddersen made 7-of-8 shots in the game and recorded a career-high four assists.

NDSU fell to 9-12 overall and 2-4 in The Summit League. St. Thomas improved to 14-7 overall and 4-2 in league play.

The Bison will have this weekend off before playing at South Dakota State and North Dakota next week.
