BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The North Dakota State men's basketball team posted a 73-61 victory over West Georgia on the second day of the Samford Thanksgiving Invitational Wednesday afternoon.

The Bison held a one-point lead at halftime at 33-32, but outscored the Wolves 40-29 over the final 20 minutes. With NDSU up 44-41, the Bison rattled off a 13-2 run with the first eight points coming from
Jacari White.

NDSU maintained an advantage of at least eight points the rest of the way.

Sophomore
Noah Feddersen led the Bison with 17 points and nine rebounds.
Masen Miller scored 15 points on five three-pointers and grabbed six rebounds.
Brennan Watkins finished with 14 points and four assists.

One day after setting a school record with 20 three-pointers against Samford, the Bison made 15 threes. NDSU shot 44 percent overall and limited West Georgia to 37-percent shooting.

NDSU (4-4) will play Utah Valley on Thursday at 2 p.m. CT in Birmingham.
