Â
The honor spans all sports and all league schools, and is based on performances, statistics and rankings from the month of January.
Â
Graham set school records in three different events on three consecutive weekends during January, starting with a 600m record of 1:29.91 at the Bison Team Cup on Jan. 13. She broke the NDSU 400m dash record in 53.09 at the Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 20, then took down the 300m record at the UND Open on Jan. 27 in a time of 37.63.
Â
The Dodge Center, Minn., native ranked among the top 25 nationally in all three events at the end of January.
Â
Graham shattered the previous records in the 300m and 600m by more than one second apiece, and broke the previous 400m record by a half-second. She has also posted pentathlon scores that rank fourth-best in NDSU history and 37th in the NCAA this season. Â
