SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The North Dakota State women's basketball team built an early 10-point lead and ultimately led for nearly 35 minutes of the game, beating No. 3 seed Oral Roberts 75-66 in the semifinals of the Summit League Tournament on Monday.

The No. 2 seed Bison advanced to the first Summit League Tournament championship game in program history, taking on No. 1 seed South Dakota State on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in Sioux Falls. The game will be broadcast nationally on CBS Sports Network.

Abbie Draper both scored 18 points to lead NDSU, and Hamling matched her career-high with 11 rebounds for a double-double.

Avery Koenen put up 10 points and 10 rebounds for her second double-double of the season.

The Bison built a 22-12 lead at the end of the first quarter and held off the Golden Eagles the rest of the way. ORU never cut the margin to less than six points for the remainder of the game.
