2008-09 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Multi-event athlete...Competed in the heptathlon at two meets...Finished fifth in the heptathlon with 4,688 points at the Summit League Championships.

Outdoor (Junior): Competed in the hurdles, jumps, throws and decathlon...Finished fifth in the decathlon at the Jim Click Shootout with a personal best score of 6,431 points...Came in fourth in the 400 hurdles, ninth in the javelin and sixth in the decathlon at the Summit League Championships.

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished second in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with a score of 4,874 which is third on the all-time performance charts...Set a personal best of 8.61 in the 60 hurdles at the Bison Open.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Won the decathlon at the Hurricane Invitational with a score of 6,281...Fourth in the decathlon, fifth in the 400 hurdles and eighth in the javelin at the Summit League Championships.

2006-07 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Finished fourth in the heptathlon both in Nebraska and the Bison Open... Finished third in the high jump, fourth in the pole vault at the Dakota Duals and second in the 60m hurdles in a time of 8.66.

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished fourth in the decathlon at the Division I Independent Championships... Also placed seventh in the 110m hurdles and sixth in the 400m hurdles to help the Bison win the Independent title.

2005-06 SEASON: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2005 graduate of Moorhead (Minn.) High School... Hurdler and pole vaulter for the Spuds... Four-year letterwinner in track & field and twice in football... Junior Olympics national qualifier in the decathlon as a senior and in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles as a junior... Played cornerback on the gridiron earning all-section honors his senior season.

PERSONAL: Son of Mark and Mary Hagen... Family includes one brother, Tyler, and two sisters, Elise and Alison... Majoring in human performance and fitness.
