2005-06 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Anchored the winning 800-meter relay at the Cobber Duals on Feb. 4... Added a season-best time of 23.00 in the 200 for a fourth-place finish... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Saw limited action during the outdoor season. 

2004-05 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Sprinter with times of 6.58 in the 55 and 7.31 in the 60 to his credit... In the 200, placed fifth at the Cobber Duals (23.49) and fourth at the Bison Classic (23.61)... Took the baton on the meet champion 800-meter relay team at the Cobber Duals... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Had a third-place finish at the Simpson Twilight with a time of 22.76 in the 200... Finished third in the 100 at the Cobber Twilight with a dash of 11.43. 

2003-04 Season: Redshirt.

High School: Sprinter from Fargo (N.D.) South High School... Member of squads which broke the state records in the 400- and 800-meter relays... Had personal-best times of 11.00 in the 100 and 22.40 in the 200... Helped Fargo South to state team titles in 2000 and 2003... Also a three-time letterwinner in football.

Personal: Son of Robert and Susan Shook... Majoring in zoology with minors chemistry and psychology.
