2009-10 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Specialized in the sprints and jumps...Ran a personal best time of 7.12 in the 60 meters at the Bison Open...Also posted a personal best mark of 23-8 in the long jump at the Bison Open...Mark is ranked ninth all-time at NDSU...Finished fourth in the long jump (22-10 ½) and eighth in the triple jump (44-8) at the Summit League Championships.

Outdoor (Junior): Ran a season-best of 11.19 in the 100 meters at the Duke Invitational...Set a personal best in the 200 meters at the Bison Open with a time of 21.97...Notched a season-best mark of 23-0 ½ in the long jump at both the Bison Open and the Beach Invitational...Placed fifth in the long jump at the Summit League Championships with a leap of 23-0...Also finished 13^th in the 100 meters (11.32) and 11^th in the 200 meters (22.78) at the league championships.

2008-09 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran a personal best of 7.13 in the 60 meters at the Bison Open...Also reached a personal best mark of 23-0 ¾ in the long jump at the Bison Open...Finished seventh in the long jump at the Summit League Championships...Also came in ninth in the triple jump and 11^th in the 60 meters.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Cracked the 11-second barrier in the 100 meters at the Summit League Championships, finishing fifth in 10.92 after posting a time of 10.84 in the prelims...Also reached a personal best mark in the long jump at the league championships, leaping 23-2 to finish sixth...Won the long jump at the Cobber Twilight...Competed in the 200 as well...Finished third at the Bryan Clay Invitational in 22.74.

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman):  Set a personal best of 21-8 1/4 in the long jump at the Bison Open...Finished sixth in the long jump, 11th in the triple jump and 10th in the high jump at the Summit League Championships.

Outdoor (Freshman): Set a personal-best of 11.03 in the 100 meters at the Ron Masanz Invitational...Finished seventh in the 100 at the Summit League Championships...Won the long jump with a personal best of 23-1 1/4 at the Bison Open...Came in fifth in the triple jump at the Summit League Championships with a mark of 44-7.

2006-07 SEASON: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Long and triple jumper from Blaine High School... Had a pair of fifth-place showings at the state meet as a senior, jumping 22-0 1/2 and 43-6... Holds personal records of 22-6 and 45-0 in the events... Has also competed in the 200, 400 and high jump... Two-time letterwinner as a cornerback on the football team.

PERSONAL:  Son of George and Cynthia Scott... Family includes an older brother, Steve, and one younger sister, Angie... Majoring in sport and recreation studies with a minor in business administration.
