Cross Country (Junior): Ran all six races...Ran a personal best 6k time of 18:38.38 in a fifth place finish at the NDSU Open...Notched a personal best 8k mark of 25:07.8 at the Jim Drews Invitational...Finished 18th at the Summit League Championships (8k) in 25:40.7...Placed 87th at the 10k NCAA Midwest Regional in 32:07.76...Named to Summit League Fall All-Academic Team and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
Indoor (Junior): Finished third in the mile at the Bison Open in 4:24.24.
Outdoor (Junior): Ran the 5,000 meters and the steeplechase...Posted a season best time of 9:26.91 in the steeple at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Finished sixth in the steeplechase (9:45.12) and 16th in the 5,000 meters (15:45.86) at the Summit League Championships.

2009-10 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in all seven meets for the Bison...Ran a personal-best time of 25:50.5 in an 8K race at the Jim Drews Invitational...Placed 16th at the Summit League Championships in 26:18.10...Came in 93rd at the 10K NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 33:50.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the mile and the 3,000 meters...Finished in the top six in the 3,000 meters in all three meets he competed in...Ran a season-best time of 8:42.07 in the event...Posted a season-best time of 4:20.52 in the mile at the Bill Bergan Invitational.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Distance runner for the Bison...Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships in a personal-best time of 15:05.95.

2008-09 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in four races...Top finish of the year was 55th at the South Dakota State Classic (10/4)...Posted a season-best time of 27:10.50 in the 8K Jim Drews Invitational (10/18)...Finished 115th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (10K) in 34:03.45 (11/15).
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 3,000 meters in four meets for the Bison...Won the event at the Dakota Duals in 8:55.77 (1/30)...Also finished third at the Bison Classic (1/17)....Came in fourth at the Iowa State Classic in a personal best time of 8:37.99 (2/13)...Finished fifth at the Bison Open in the mile with a time of 4:25.01 (2/6).

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 19th in the 3,000 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational in a time of 9:09.75 (3/20)...Came in second in the 1,500 meters at the Cobber Twilight in 4:10.36 (4/21)...Ran the 5,000 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays, finishing 13th in 15:45.72 (5/1).

2007-08 SEASON: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time letterwinner in both cross country and track at Yellow Medicine East High School... Earned all-conference honors six times, while participating in the state championships three times... Named to the all-state team his senior year... Holds the school record in both the mile (4:29) and two mile (9:45)... As a member of the track team, was named to the all-conference team three times... Won ten meets in a row his senior year en route to all-state honors.

PERSONAL: Son of Mark and Robin Henderson... Has one older brother, Kyle... Majoring in marketing and finance.
