2020-21 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in the spring season opener against Youngstown State with a role on special teams...Did not have any rushing or receiving attempts.

2019 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Split time with the wide receivers and running backs...Played in nine games primarily on special teams...Recorded two tackles on kickoff coverage, one against Youngstown State and one against Western Illinois...Rushed five times for 35 yards on the final drive of the win over South Dakota...Second straight year on the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

2018 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Took a redshirt year with the Bison...Did not play in any games...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2018 graduate of Kimberly High School...Three-year letterman and two-year starter for coach Steve Jones and the Papermakers, who have won five straight Division I state championships and have the nation’s longest winning streak at 70 games...Played running back, wide receiver and kick returner...Two-time all-conference and all-state first team...Team captain as a senior...Wisconsin’s Offensive Player of the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year in 2017 after rushing for 2,299 yards and 28 touchdowns...Rushed for 4,294 yards and 63 TDs in his career with 483 receiving yards and seven TDs...School record holder in the 300-meter hurdles (38.42) and placed third at the state meet.

PERSONAL: Majoring in physical education...Son of Conroy Smith and Beth Stewart...Has a brother, Tyler, and a sister, Jada.
