2021 SEASON (SENIOR): Played all 15 games including six starts at linebacker...Made 33 total tackles and tied for second on the Bison with six special teams tackles...Recovered a muffed punt against Missouri State that led to a Bison touchdown on the next play to help the Bison come back from an early 10-0 deficit...Career-high five tackles in the NCAA second round playoff win over Southern Illinois...Fifth straight year on the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the National Football Foundation's Hampshire Honor Society.

2018 SEASON (FRESHMAN):Â Appeared in 13 of 15 games as a reserve linebacker and special teams player...Credited with 12 tackles including one on kickoff coverage...Made four stops in the regular-season finale against Southern Illinois and a career-high six tackles in the NCAA second round playoff win over Montana State...Named to the MVFCÂ Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2017 graduate of Cannon Falls High School...Four-year letterman and three-year starter...Coached by his father, Josh Hofstedt...Played wide receiver, running back, linebacker and safety...Set school records for yards per carry (9.0), carries (235) and rushing yards (2,109) his senior year with 17 touchdowns...School-record 357 rushing yards in a 2016 playoff win over Lake City was one of six career 200-yard games...Also had 84 tackles, 5.5 sacks, one interception and two blocked punts on defense...Set school career records for rushing yards (3,419) and yards per carry (7.63)...Two-time team MVP, all-district and all-section honoree...Part of two district runner-up teams...District Player of the Year in 2016...Played in the Minnesota Vikings all-star showcase...Honor roll student.
