2023 SEASON (SENIOR): Played in 14 of 15 games and started 13 at linebacker...Fourth on the team with 54 tackles including 4.5 tackles for loss...Season-high eight tackles in the NCAA semifinal game at Montana...Six or more tackles in six different games during the season...Had two pass breakups and one quarterback hurry...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.

2022 SEASON (JUNIOR): Played in all 15 games and made 10 starts at middle linebacker...NDSU's third leading tackler with 68 total stops...Made 5.5 tackles for loss including one sack...Made seven tackles in the homecoming win over Youngstown State...Had six tackles, one sack, a 17-yard interception return and a quarterback hurry in the NCAA second round playoff win over Montana...Season-high eight tackles in the NCAA semifinal win over Incarnate Word...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

2021 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Backup linebacker and special teams standout who appeared in all 15 games...Made 29 total tackles and led the Bison with 15 stops on kickoff coverage...Career-high six tackles against Valparaiso and in the second round of the NCAA playoffs against Southern Illinois...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

2020-21 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played on special teams in all nine games of the spring season...Credited with four total tackles, all on kickoff coverage.

2019 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Bison program...Did not participate in any contests...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2019 graduate of Dubuque High School...Two-year starter under coach Dale Ploessl...Team captain...First team all-district and second team all-state his junior and senior years...Defensive MVP in the Iowa Shrine Bowl...Made 52 tackles including three sacks and seven tackles for loss in 2018...Finished his career with 109 tackles, 13 TFLs, five sacks and four interceptions...Placed fifth in the state long jump competition...Also competed in basketball, baseball and swimming...National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in December 2023 with a bachelor's degree in business administration...Son of Jason and Liz Kubitz...Has two brothers, Ben and Zak.
