2024 SEASON (SENIOR): Returned to NDSU for an additional year of eligibility available due to the impact of COVID-19 on the 2020 season...All-Missouri Valley Football Conference honorable mention...Played in all 16 games with 14 starts at tight end...Fourth on the team with 28 catches and 316 yards...Season-high four receptions against Towson and 49 receiving yards against Illinois State...Second on the team with five touchdown catches, including two against Missouri State...Finished his career with 79 receptions, the most by a Bison tight end in school history.

2023 SEASON (SENIOR): All-Missouri Valley Football Conference honorable mention...Played in 14 of 15 games with 13 starts at tight end...NDSU's fourth-leading receiver with 25 receptions for 293 yards and a team-high six touchdowns...Tied a career high with four catches in the season-opening win against Eastern Washington at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, accounting for 28 yards and two touchdowns...Also made four catches in back-to-back conference games against South Dakota and Missouri State...Career-high 84 receiving yards in the home win over Western Illinois, including a career-long reception of 49 yards for a touchdown...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2022 SEASON (JUNIOR): Played in all 15 games with 12 starts at tight end...NDSU's second-leading receiver with 25 catches for 276 yards...Scored two touchdowns in the NCAA playoffs, a 2-yard pass in the quarterfinals against Samford and a 27-yard pass against South Dakota State in the national championship game...Finished with a season-high 60 yards against Samford, including a season-long 47-yard reception...Made four catches for 52 yards in the home win over Youngstown State...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

2021 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 15 games on the kickoff return team...Made one start at tight end against East Tennessee State in the NCAA quarterfinals...Caught one pass for eight yards in the regular-season finale against South Dakota.

2020-21 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in all nine games as a member of the kickoff return unit...Returned two short kicks for 13 and 8 yards in the first round of the NCAA playoffs against Eastern Washington.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2020 graduate of River Falls High School...Three-year starter...Team captain as a senior...Played tight end, outside linebacker and defensive line for coach David Crail...All-conference first team on offense and conference defensive player of the year in 2019...Honorable mention all-state both ways...Had 64 career receptions for 1,173 yards and 18 touchdowns...Team went 17-5 with two conference championships his final two seasons...All-conference performer in hockey and baseball.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2024 with a degree in physical education...Son of John and Gretchen Stoffel...Has a brother, Jack, and sister, Marissa.
