Biography

2010-11 Season (Junior): Started 20 of 29 games played...Finished second on the team in scoring with 10.1 points per game and was fourth in rebounding with 4.5 per game...Summit League co-Player of the Week on Jan. 31 after scoring 19 points in a win over Southern Utah and going for career highs of 32 points and 12 rebounds in the 89-88 double-overtime win over UMKC...Had a key putback bucket with 7 seconds left in the second OT that broke an 85-85 tie and also assisted the winning layup with a sideline inbounds pass with 1.7 seconds to go...It was his second of two double doubles on the year...Scored in double figures 15 times...Named to the Summit League All-Academic Team as a Distinguished Scholar and to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2009-10 Season (Sophomore): All-Summit League honorable mention...Made all 29 starts, led the Bison with 6.9 rebounds per game and was second on the team in scoring with 14.8 points per game...In the Summit League stats, ranked sixth in scoring (15.4 ppg) and rebounding (6.4 rpg)...Double-figure scorer in 23 of 29 games...Four double-doubles, including career highs of 24 points and 12 rebounds in the double-overtime win at South Dakota State...Also a career-high 10-for-12 from the foul line at SDSU...Made his only collegiate 3-point attempt in the closing seconds against Green Bay on Nov. 27...Named to the Summit League Winter/Spring All-Academic Team as a Distinguished Scholar, the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence, and the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Court.

2008-09 Season (Freshman): Played in 32 of 33 games off the bench...Averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds while playing 10.6 minutes per game...Scored a season-high 12 points against Mayville State in the regular-season opener...Went 4-for-4 from the foul line and scored 10 points in a win over Georgia Southern...Had a season-high six rebounds three times, including back-to-back nights against Stephen F. Austin and Georgia Southern, and again at Centenary...Named to the Summit League Winter/Spring All-Academic Team and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2007-08 Season (Redshirt): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Bison program...Traveled with the team on road trips...Played in two exhibition games...Five points, five rebounds and two assists in 13 minutes against Bemidji State...Six points, three rebounds and an assist in 20 minutes against Minnesota State Moorhead.

High School: Three-year letterwinner for head coach Bruce Kugath at Shakopee High School...Graduated in 2007...Averaged over 25 points and 10 rebounds per game his final two seasons...Two-time all-state pick, three-time all-conference, and three-time academic all-conference...Set school single-season records for points, rebounds, free throws made and free throws attempted, and career records for scoring and rebounding...His 252 free throws made and 335 free-throw attempts in 2006-07 were state records...Part of two conference championship teams and was an all-state tournament selection for Shakopee's 31-1 state title team as a sophomore in 2005.
