2021 SEASON (SENIOR): Appeared in 43 games with 42 starts ... Second on the team with 42 hits in 134 at bats (.313 avg.) ... Recorded a season high three hits at Kansas (Mar. 19), at Western Illinois (Mar. 28) and vs South Dakota (Apr. 11) ... Tied for the team lead with eight doubles ... Hit one homerun, a two-run shot at Kansas (Mar. 20) ... Scored 15 runs ... Scored a season high two runs in five games ... Finished second on the team with 20 RBIs ... Recorded a season high four RBIs at Kansas (Mar. 20) and at Western Illinois (Mar. 27) ... Had nine walks ... Had a .352 on base percentage ... Had two sac flies ... 2020 SEASON (SENIOR): Started in 18 games played during COVID-19 shortened season...Started in 176 of 177 games played during career...Hit .236 with one triple and six RBIs...Scored eight runs, drew six walks, swiped a pair of bases in three attempts and hit by pitch once...Went 3-for-4 and matched a career-high three RBIs with one triple and two runs scored against Longwood (2-16-20)...Also went 3-for-4 with a run scored against Florida A&M (2-15-20)...Had 1.000 fielding percentage with 12 putouts and no errors...Career .296 hitter with three home runs and 40 RBIs...Added 72 runs scored, 28 walks, 20 doubles, 15 stolen bases and three triples.

2019 SEASON (JUNIOR): Started in all 57 games played, 52 in right field and five in left...Hit .308 with four doubles and 17 RBIs...Scored 24 runs, drew seven walks and had two stolen bases...Added five sacrifice bunts, twice hit by pitch and punched one sacrifice fly...Matched career best nine-game hitting streak...Matched career-high with three RBIs vs. Villanova (2-23-19)...Tied career best two walks at Texas State (2-11-19)...Had 56 fielding chances with two errors and one assist.

2018 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Started in 39 of 40 games played...Hit .289 with five doubles and eight RBIs...Scored 11 runs, drew 11 walks and had three stolen bases...Added a sacrifice fly and one sacrifice bunt...Had team best nine-game hitting streak...Had 52 fielding chances with five assists and no errors...Career best seven fielding chances including six putouts in NCAA tournament win over Mississippi State (5-18-18).

2017 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Started all 62 games in left field...Led Bison with .305 batting average with 11 doubles, a pair of triples, three home runs and nine RBIs...Had team-best eight-game hitting streak...Scored 29 runs, collected eight stolen bases and drew four walks...Recorded a season-high five fielding chances including four putouts and outfield assist in the 3-2 win over eventual national champion Oklahoma (5-19-17) at NCAA Norman Regional...Named to All-Summit League second team...Topped NDSU with 17 multi-hit games that included matching school single-game record with five base hits at Georgia Tech (3-25-17)...Tied school single-game record with seven at-bats against the Yellow Jackets...Became the 17th NDSU player to hit two home runs in a game against IUPUI (4-8-17)...Led Bison with .344 batting average with 11 runs scored and 6-for-6 in stolen bases in league regular-season play...Also hit .421 in the Summit League tournament and .400 in the NCAA Norman Regional...Became the 13th player to be hit by pitch two times in a single-game against South Dakota (4-15-17)...Fielded .977 with two errors in 87 fielding chances...Had three outfield assists...Summit League Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter for Valley View High School...Played shortstop and second base, and pitched...Three-time all-league selection for Ricky Romero...Led Valley View to 2016 CIF runner-up finish and league championship in 2015.

SUMMER LEAGUE: Played left field for one of the top travel teams in the country, the Corona Angels coached by Marty Tyson...Also played the Power Surge (18U, 2013-14 / 16U, 2012-13).

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2021 with a bachelor's degree in finance...Plans to pursue a CFA charter...Daughter of Michael and Jessica Soriano...Has one brother, Christian.
