Jared Samuelson

Jared Samuelson ('20)

Jared Samuelson joined the North Dakota State men's basketball coaching staff as a graduate manager in the summer of 2020.

Samuelson played for NDSU from 2016-20, serving as a team captain for his final two seasons and helping the Bison to back-to-back Summit League Tournament championships and consecutive NCAA Tournament berths. He played in 121 career games, making 67 starts, as one of the top three-point shooters in recent NDSU history.

Samuelson finished his career as a 43-percent shooter from beyond the arc, knocking down 177 threes for the Bison. He also shot 87 percent from the free throw line and owned a 2.2 assist-to-turnover ratio. 

A native of Gretna, Neb., Samuelson owns the NDSU single-game record with nine three-pointers made. He ranks 10th on the NDSU career list for three-pointers with 177.
