Cross Country (Junior): Ran in four meets on the season … Season-best 8k time of 27:28.7 at the SDSU Classic on Sept. 13, taking 31st place in the meet … Finished 29th at the season-opening Bison Open 6k on Aug. 30.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran 4:26.67 in the mile for 4th place at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 6.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in three meets for the Bison as a sophomore … NDSU’s No. 6 finisher at the Bison Open on Aug. 31, placing 16th overall … Season-best 8k time of 27:04.1 at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 29.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran in a pair of meets unattached … Season-best mile time of 4:20.45 at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor (Freshman): Did not compete.

2017-18 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): Finished 28th at the Summit League Championships as a true freshman … No. 8 finisher for the Bison at the conference meet … Season-best 8k time of 26:39.6 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 14 … Finished 12th at the season-opening Bison Open on Sept. 1, competing unattached.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Season-best 800m time of 1:56.05 at the UND Tune-Up … Season-best mile time of 4:20.75 at the Bison Open.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Season-best 800m time of 1:56.15 at the Ron Masanz Classic … Season-best 1500m time of 4:02.02 at the Cobber Snow-nami Open.

High School: Finished 9th at the Minnesota Class AA state cross country meet as a senior in 2016, helping Bemidji to a 5th-place team finish … Led off the Bemidji HS 4x800m relay team that won the Class AA state title his senior year in 7:52.90 … Took 39th place at state cross country as a junior in 2015 … Ran on Bemidji’s 4th-place 4x800m relay team at the state meet as a junior in 2016, as well as clocking 4:31.50 in the 1600m for fourth place at the Section 8AA meet … Also clocked high school personal-bests of 1:58.34 in the 800m and 9:49.35 in the 3200m.
