Indoor (Junior): Clocked a 400m season-best time of 49.72 at South Dakota State on Jan. 24 … Won the 400m dash at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 5 in 50.23.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Only competed in one meet, running the 800m at the Husker Spring Invitational on Apr. 11.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 400m dash, running 49.74 to win the title out of the first section ... Anchored NDSU's 4x400m relay team to a runner-up finish at the league meet, as well as finishing ninth in the 200m dash and long jump ... Season-best 400m dash time of 49.43 at the Bill Bergan Invitational on Feb. 1 ... Also owned season-bests of 22.72 in the 200m and 21-09.50 (6.64m) in the long jump.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Member of NDSU's Summit League champion 4x400m relay team, as well as placing fifth in the 400m dash and seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Also anchored NDSU's fourth-place 4x100m relay team at the league meet ... Set a new PR of 48.73 in the 400m dash in the finals at the Summit League Championships ... Season-best 400m hurdles performance of 55.42.

2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Placed fifth in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships, finishing in a season-best 50.72 seconds ... Also ran on NDSU's 4x400m relay team that claimed a runner-up finish ... Posted a time of 36.11 in the 300m dash at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 7.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 400m dash and seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Muncie, Ind. ... Also ran on NDSU's third-place 4x400m relay team at the league meet ... Season-best 400m time of 49.48 in the prelims at the league meet ... Season-best 400m hurdles time of 54.87 at the Mesa Classic on Apr. 5 ... Personal-best long jump mark of 21-11.00 (6.68m) at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 20.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named the Powerade Senior Athlete of the Year in 2012 ... North Dakota state runner-up in the long jump and third place in the 400m and 300m hurdles as a senior ... won state titles in the 4x100m relay as a junior and senior ... state champion in the long jump as a junior in 2011 ... state runner-up in the 300m hurdles as a sophomore and junior ... five-time state placewinner in the long jump, including one title and two runner-up finishes ... as a sophomore, placed seventh at the Nike Outdoor Nationals in the long jump ... also placed seventh in the 4x100m at New Balance Nationals as a junior ... member of the Bismarck HS team that won its sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth straight state team titles during his high school career ... owns a high school long jump personal best of 23-00.25 ... 400m personal best of 49.73 ... 300m hurdles personal best of 38.77 ... also played football.
