Indoor (Junior): Ran the 600 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic, finishing 14th in 1:23.03...Ran the 800 meters in two meets...Posted a personal best time of 1:53.87 at the Bill Bergan Invitational.
Outdoor (Junior): Competed primarily in the 800 meters...Finished third twice...Posted a personal best time of 1:53.94 in a third place finish at the NDSU-UND Dual.
2009-10 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Did not compete in any races.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 800 meters in three meets...Posted a season best time of 1:54.25 at the Bill Bergan Invitational...Also ran the 400 meters at the Bison Open in 52.01.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets.
2008-09 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five races...Posted a season-best 8k time at the Jim Drews Invitational, finishing in 26:49.0 (10/18).
Indoor (Freshman): Had four top ten finishes in the 800 meters...Top finish was second at the Bison Classic, clocking in at 1:57.47 (1/17)...Posted a season-best time of 1:55.15 at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/24)...Finished third with a time of 1:24.24 in the 600 meters at the Dakota Duals (1/30)...Came in seventh in the 800 at the Summit League Championships in a time of 1:57.46 (2/27).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran both the 400 and the 800 for NDSU...Posted a season-best 50.38 in the 400 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17)...Ran a season-best 1:53.35 in the 800 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/1)...Finished ninth in the 800 meter final at the Summit League Championships (5/14).
2007-08 SEASON: Redshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School (Minn.)... Helped lead the Cougars to the 2006 conference cross country championship... Class AA state participant in 2006, where he posted a time of 16:09... A three-year MVP on the track team, holds the school records in the 400 (50.21) and 800 (1:58.89), and was a member of the school record 4x800 and sprint medly relay teams... Named to the Minnesota all-state team six times... Also a four-time letter winner in basketball, where he averaged 11.5 points per game and was an all-conference and all-area team selection... Named junior and senior athlete of the year.
