Indoor (Sophomore): Ran in three meets, clocking 4:37.86 in the mile at the Bison Classic and 9:09.23 in the 3000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Posted a 5,000m time of 15:45.63 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 24.
2013-14 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Consistently among the top six NDSU finishers ... NDSU's No. 2 finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 15, placing 87th overall in 32:12.5 for the 10k race ... No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, placing 25th overall ... Season-best 8k time of 26:07.7 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 19.
Indoor (Freshman): Posted times of 8:57.03 for the 3,000m and 4:34.80 for the mile indoor.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed eighth in the 10,000m and finished 12th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Fargo ... Clocked a season-best 10,000m time of 31:34.78 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 4 ... Season-best 5,000m time of 15:12.99 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 24.
2012-13 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in four meets for NDSU as a true freshman … top finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 9, placing 95th overall in the 10k with a time of 32:45.29 … No. 6 finisher for NDSU at the Summit League Championships, taking 36th place overall … claimed fourth place at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 13 in a season-best 26:14.4 for the 8k.
Indoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Minnesota high school state champion in cross country as a senior, running 15:55 ... conference and regional champion in both the 3200m and 1600m as a senior ... placed third at the state meet in the 3200m, running 9:27 ... three-time all-state and academic all-state as both a junior and senior ... six-time conference champion and five-time sectional champion in the 3200m ... set Nevis HS school records in the 3200m (9:27), 1600m (4:28) and cross country 5k (15:55) ... also participated in basketball, Boy Scouts, National Honor Society and student council.
