2015-16 SEASON
 
Indoor (Senior): Placed 7th in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Ran a season-best time of 1:55.11 at the SDSU Tune-Up on Feb. 19 … Clocked 1:55:31 in the prelims and 1:57.93 in the finals of the 800m at the league meet.  
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 6th in the 800m at the Summit League Championships, as well as running on NDSU’s 2nd-place 4x400m relay team … Ran a season-best 1:51.96 in the 800m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 1 … Also clocked 49.98 in the 400m dash at San Francisco State … 1:55.32 in the 800m final at the conference meet.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in one meet for the Bison, placing 51st at the Bison Open on Aug. 29 with a 6k time of 22:30.65.
Indoor (Junior): Clocked an indoor personal-best 800m time of 1:54.06 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 14 … Ran 1:22.13 in the 600m at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 31 ... Won the 600m at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 5 and the 800m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 7.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 400m leg on NDSU's distance medley relay team that won a Summit League title ... Also a member of the Bison 4x400m relay team that earned a runner-up finish at the league meet ... Posted times of 50.73 in the 400m and 1:21.92 in the 600m ... Clocked a 600-yard time of 1:12.76 at Iowa State's Bill Bergan Invitational to rank second in NDSU history in the event.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League runner-up in the 800m and a member of the Bison 4x400m relay team that won a Summit League championship ... Posted a personal-best time of 1:51.64 in the 800m at the league meet ... Also ran a 400m time of 49.30 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 5.

2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Ran on NDSU's fourth-place distance medley relay team at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Finished 13th in the prelims of the 800m at the league meet in Vermillion, S.D. ... Season-best 800m time of 1:56.55 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 19 ... Season-best 600m time of 1:23.95 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 2.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: North Dakota Class B state champion in the 800m as a senior in 2012, running 1:59.40 ... runner-up in the Class B 800m as a junior in 2011 ... placed third in the 400m at the North Dakota state meet as a junior and senior ... also qualified for state in the 100m and 200m as a senior ... seventh in the 800m as a sophomore in 2010.
