Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran the 1500m at the Ron Masanz Classic, clocking 4:11.53.

2019-20 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in five meets for the Bison, finishing among NDSU’s top seven runners on three occasions … Placed 28th at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2, running a season-best 8k time of 26:34.1 … No. 5 finisher for NDSU at the Bison Open on Aug. 30, taking 23rd overall.
Indoor (Freshman): Season-best mile time of 4:18.93 at the season-opening Dakota Classic on Dec. 6, finishing 2nd.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed in two meets, but received a medical hardship for the season … Finished 15th at the season-opening Bison Open on Aug. 31, running 19:54.3 for the 6k … Posted an 8k time of 27:46.1 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational on Sept. 15.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed in one meet unattached as a redshirt, running 4:28.37 for the mile at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted times of 8:53.80 in the 3000m and 4:06.42 in the 1500m.

High School: Won the North Dakota Class A state cross country championship as a senior in 2017 ... Went on to clock 15:09 in the 5k for a 7th-place finish at the Nike Heartland Regional Championships ... On the track as a senior, he captured the North Dakota Class A state title in the 3200m and anchored Bismarck Century to a title in the 4x800m ... Also took 2nd in the 1600m at state ... Placed 3rd in both the 1600m and 3200m at the state meet as a junior in 2017 and anchored the Century 4x800m relay team to a state title ... High school personal-best times of 4:18 in the 1600m and 9:18 in the 3200m.
