Indoor (Senior): Placed 2nd in the 60m dash and took 5th in the 200m dash at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best 60m time of 6.84 seconds in the prelims at the conference meet … Ran an indoor PR of 21.63 in the 200m dash final, ranking 4th all-time at NDSU … Also led off the Bison 4x400m relay that finished 3rd at the Summit League Championships … Won the 300m at the Bison Open on Feb. 1, running 34.62 to rank 5th in school history.
Outdoor (Senior): Placed 3rd in the 200m dash (21.36) and 4th in the 100m dash (10.66) at the Summit League Championships … Also ran on the Bison relays that finished 2nd in both the 4x100m and 4x400m … NCAA West Prelims qualifier in the 200m, finishing 39th overall in Sacramento … Ran a 200m career-best 20.94 at the Husker Spring Invite on Apr. 6, ranking 4th all-time at NDSU ... USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
2017-18 SEASON
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached while redshirting … Season-best time of 6.86 in the 60m dash at the Bison Open on Feb. 3.
Outdoor (Junior): Finished 12th in the 100m dash at the Summit League Championships … Ran a 100m season-best time of 10.64 to win the event at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 4 … Led off the Bison 4x100m relay that clocked 41.19 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 21 – the fastest NDSU relay since 2012 … Season-best 200m time of 21.59 at the NDSU Tune-Up.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Ran the second leg on NDSU’s 4x400m relay team that earned a runner-up finish at the Summit League Championships, clocking 3:13.50 to rank 7th in school history … Also finished 10th in the 60m dash and 200m dash at the conference meet … Season-best 200m time of 22.04 seconds at the Summit League Championships tied for 8th-fastest in NDSU indoor history … Season-best times of 7.04 seconds in the 60m dash and 49.49 in the 400m dash.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 200m dash and 6th in the 100m dash at the Summit League Championships, as well as running on the Bison squads that finished 2nd in the 4x400m relay and 3rd in the 4x100m relay … Posted season-best times of 10.70 in the 100m and 21.29 in the 200m at the conference meet … Ended the season at No. 7 on the NDSU all-time list in the outdoor 200m.
Prior to NDSU: Competed in track & field and football at St. Cloud State University … Came to NDSU with personal-bests of 6.94 seconds in the 60m dash, 10.60 in the 100m dash, and 21.35 in the 200m dash.
2015-16 SEASON (at St. Cloud State)
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 8th in the 200m dash and finished 9th in the 60m dash at the Northern Sun Conference Championships … Season-best times of 6.94 in the 60m dash and 21.99 in the 200m dash.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Sat out the season as a redshirt.
2014-15 SEASON (at St. Cloud State)
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 7th in the 200m dash and finished 9th in the 60m dash at the Northern Sun Conference Championships … Season-best 60m time of 6.97 seconds … Season-best 200m time of 22.41.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the 200m dash and 8th in the 100m dash at the Northern Sun Conference Championships … Season-best 100m time of 10.69 seconds … Season-best 200m time of 21.65.
HIGH SCHOOL: Placed fifth in the 200m dash at the Minnesota state meet as a senior in 2014 … State meet qualifier in the 100m dash with a New Prague HS school-record time of 11.02 seconds … Section champion in the 200m dash his senior year … Academic All-State honoree in track … First-team all-conference in football as a senior, playing running back, defensive back and kick returner.
