Cross Country (Junior): Finished among NDSU’s top seven runners at the first three meets of the season … NDSU’s No. 4 finisher at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24 … Season-best 8k time of 26:33.0 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 15 … Finished 30th overall at the Summit League Championships.
Indoor (Junior): Season-best mile time of 4:28.69 at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 2 … Season-best 3000m time of 9:00.16 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational on Jan. 21.
Outdoor (Junior): Ran a 1500m season-best time of 4:08.37 at the Ron Masanz Invitational on May 6 … Season-best 3000m time of 9:12.83 at the Husker Spring Invite on Apr. 8.

2015-16 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in four meets for the Bison … Posted an 8k season-best time of 26:19.8 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 17, where he placed 14th overall and was NDSU’s No. 7 finisher.
 
2014-15 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in five meets as a true freshman and was among NDSU’s top 7 finishers on two occasions … No. 7 finisher for the Bison at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 27 and at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 … Placed 37th overall at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 1 … Season-best 8k time of 25:46 at the Stanford Invitational … Took 12th place at the Ron Pynn Invitational.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time Minnesota Class AA state cross country meet qualifier, qualifying as a sophomore, junior and senior from 2011-13 ... Placed 39th at the state cross country meet as a junior in 2012, running 16:15.1 for the 5k course ... Finished 99th at state as a senior in 2013, running 17:02 ... Member of Totino-Grace's 4x800m relay team that placed eighth at the Class AA state track meet in 2014 ... Finished 12th in the 3200m run as a senior in 2014 at the Minnesota State Championships, clocking in at 9:35.18 ... 16th in the 3200m as a junior in 2013.
