2009-10 SEASON

Cross Country (Sophomore): Did not compete in any races.

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 800 meters at the Bison Classic in 2:04.08...Competed in the mile at two meets...Ran a season-best time of 4:29.25 at the Bison Open.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 26^th in the 800 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in 2:00.16...Competed in the 1,500 meters in two meets...Ran a season-best time of 4:15.22 at the Bison Open.

2008-09 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): Did not compete in any races.

Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 800 meters in five meets...Posted a personal-best time of 1:57.73 at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/24).

Outdoor (Freshman): Came in third in both the 800 and the 1,500 at the Cobber Twilight (4/21)...Ran personal bests of 1:58.01 in the 800 and 4:09.96 in the 1,500 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/1).

2007-08 SEASON: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: A five-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Madison High School ... Took 17th in state his senior year with a time of 17:00... Won the state championship in the 800 with a time of 1:56... Finished 7th at state in the 1600 (4:36) and was part of the third place sprint medley and fourth place 4x400 at the state meet... Helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2007 state “A” track and field championship... Named both the cross country and track MVP his senior year.
