2005-06 Season: Redshirt.

2004-05 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Set four personal records in 2005... Ran a 48.00 in the 400 at the Washington Invite... Placed second in the 600 at the Minnesota Open in a school-record time of 1:19.79, eclipsing Aaron Dewald's 2001 mark of 1:20.09... Second leg on the school record-setting 1,600-meter relay team which clocked a 3:10.24 at Notre Dame...  Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Set a personal record in the 400 at the Mt. SAC Relays with a fourth-place finish in 47.59... Placed second in the one-lap event at the Division I independent championships helping the Bison to a team title... Member of the 4x400 squads which placed second at the Mt. SAC Relays and fifth at the Drake Relays.

2003-04 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Posted a victory in the 800 at the Gold Country Classic after running a 1:54.11... Placed third in the 800 at the indoor North Central Conference meet with a 1:55.43... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Dipped to a 47.64 in the 400 at the North Central Conference outdoor meet... Earned All-America honors as a member of the runner-up 1,600-meter relay quartet at the outdoor nationals.

2002-03 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Saw significant action in his rookie year... North Central Conference runner-up in the 500-meter dash with a 1:04.78 in the event... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Finished third in the league at 400 meters during the outdoor season... Ran a 48.06 in the 400 to win at the Cobber Twilight... Ran the third leg of the sixth-place 3,200 relay squad at the Drake Relays that clocked in at 7:36.71.

High School: Had a record-breaking prep career at St. Charles (Minn.) High School... Clocked school records in the 100 (11.37), 200 (22.64), 400 (48.44) and 800 (1:58.60)... Also part of three school-record relay units... Set a conference record in the 400 meters (49.50)... Captured team MVP honors his final three years... Two-time all-conference performer on the cross country course... Personal: Son of Tom and Pam... Family includes a younger sister... Majoring in business administration.
