First Summit League individual title ever won by an NDSU woman ... Time of 21:24.22 was the sixth-fastest winning time in league history ... Led the Bison to their third straight Summit League team title ... Named to Capital One Academic All-District team ... Summit League All-Academic Team ... Placed third in the UND Ron Pynn Invitational 5k in 17:54.2 on Oct. 19.

Cross Country (Freshman): Put together one of the best cross country seasons in school history … runner-up at the Summit League Championships to earn first-team All-Summit League honors … placed 14th at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 9 to lead NDSU to a seventh-place finish as a team … named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team … NDSU’s top finisher at five out of six meets … won her first collegiate race at the Bison Invitational on Aug. 31 with a 5k time of 18:14.47 … season-best 5k time of 17:44.8 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 13 … season-best 6k time of 21:06.60 at the NCAA Midwest Regional … posted four top-10 finishes in six meets … 16th out of nearly 300 runners at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29 … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed fourth in the 3,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships in 10:03.09 ... Season-best 3,000m time of 9:46.89 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 9, ranking her third all-time at NDSU in the event ... Also recorded times of 5:02.21 in the mile and 2:23.79 in the 800m.
