Cross Country (Senior): Ran in two meets … Placed 18th at the season-opening Bison Open, clocking 15:31.0 for the 4k … Ran 25:19.6 in the 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24.
Indoor (Senior): Posted a season-best mile time of 5:17.08 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 11.
Outdoor (Senior): Did not compete.

2015-16 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Junior): Did not compete.
Indoor (Junior): Ran the mile at six meets for the Bison … Season-best mile time of 5:05.89 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 12.
Outdoor (Junior): Finished 10th in the 1500m at the Summit League Championships, running 4:46.81 … Posted a season-best 1500m time of 4:39.86 at the Husker Spring Invite on Apr. 9, placing 3rd … Season-best 800m time of 2:17.81 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 16.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in five meets for the Bison, finishing among NDSU’s top-7 finishers three times … NDSU’s No. 7 finisher at the Summit League Championships on Nov. 1 and NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 14 … Placed 42nd at the conference meet … Season-best 5k time of 19:45.1 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 for 26th place … Season-best 6k time of 23:41.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor (Sophomore):  Only ran in one meet, clocking 2:26.93 in the 800m at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 5.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Ran in four indoor meets, clocking an 800m time of 2:29.36 and 600m time of 1:44.73.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 12th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Posted season-best times of 1:01.76 in the 400m and 2:21.77 in the 800m.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Totino-Grace ... Personal best of 2:17 in the 800m run and 5:19 in the 1600m run ... Most Improved Athlete in 2011 ... Minnesota State Track Meet particpant in 2011 and 2012 ... Member of the 2010, 2011, and 2012 state championship team at Totino-Grace HS ... Also competed in soccer.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Russell and Desiree Winslow ... Has one sister and one brother.
