Cross Country (Junior): Competed in five meets for the Bison … Finished 40th at the Summit League Championships, running 23:52.4 for the 6k course … Season-best 5k time of 18:58.0 at Oregon’s Bill Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 16 … No. 4 finisher for NDSU at the season-opening Bison Open on Sept. 2.
Indoor (Senior): Ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion distance medley relay, winning in a time of 11:50.01 that ranked the team 7th in school history … Placed 5th in the 800m at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 2:12.55 at the conference meet … Posted a time of 2:52.88 in the 1000m at the Bison Classic on Jan. 14, ranking 3rd all-time at NDSU in the event … Ran the 800m leg on the 6th-fastest distance medley in school history, clocking 11:47.26 at the Bison Open on Feb. 3.
Outdoor (Senior): Ran the third leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion 4x400m relay … Placed 4th in the 800m at the Summit League Championships, running a lifetime-best 2:09.76 in the final 800m of her career … Ran on Bison relays that finished 7th in the 4x800m and 8th in the distance medley at the Drake Relays … Distance medley relay squad clocked 11:51.06 to rank 4th in school history.
2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Finished among NDSU’s top 6 runners at every meet on the season … No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional … Placed 22nd at the conference meet … Season-best 6k time of 22:40.5 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13, finishing 142nd overall … Took 3rd place at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 17 with a season-best 5k time of 18:36.5.
Indoor (Junior): All-Summit League performer in a pair of events, running the leadoff 1200m leg on the Bison distance medley relay team that took 2nd at the conference meet, as well as placing 3rd in the 800m … Indoor-best 800m time of 2:11.52 at the Iowa State Classic … Season-best mile time of 5:03.27 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational on Jan. 23.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 3rd at the Summit League Championships in the 800m, clocking a season-best 2:11.87 at the conference meet on May 14 … Won the 800m at the Lyle Hokanson Classic in 2:12.69 … Season-best 1500m time of 4:38.02 in the season opener at the UC Riverside Spring Classic.
2014-15 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in 5 of 6 meets for the Bison … Finished 41st at the Summit League Championships on Nov. 1 … Season-best 5k time of 19:26.2 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 … Season-best 6k time of 23:07.0 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 14 … NDSU’s No. 4 finisher at the SDSU Classic on Oct. 4.
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the distance medley relay for the second straight year, running the leadoff 1200m leg with Amy Andrushko, Ashlynn Simon and Erin Teschuk … Also an All-Summit League performer in the 800m, placing 3rd at the conference meet to complete an NDSU sweep of the top three places with Teschuk and Andrushko … Indoor season-best 800m time of 2:12.65 at the conference meet … Set a Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility record in the distance medley relay (11:35.83), running the leadoff 1200m leg with Morgan Milbrath, Andrushko and Maddie Van Beek at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 6 … Also posted times of 58.98 in the 400m and 1:34.79 in the 600m.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran a personal-best time of 2:10.29 in the 800m at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on May 1 in Fargo … Finished 9th in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Macomb, Ill. … Led off the Bison 4x800m relay that clocked the 3rd-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays (8:45.89) with Andrushko, Melissa Kitching and Teschuk.
2013-14 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor (Freshman): Summit League champion in the distance medley relay, running the 800m leg on the team of Taylor Janssen, Amy Andrushko and Erin Teschuk ... Also placed fifth at the Summit League Championships in the 800m ... Clocked a season-best 800m time of 2:12.46 for a runner-up finish at the Bison Open on Feb. 15 ... Named The Summit League's Indoor Athlete of the Week after winning the 800m in 2:15.42 at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 6 -- her first collegiate meet ... Also ran 1:35.20 to win the 600m at the Bison Classic on Jan. 18, ranking eighth in school history in the event.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 11th in the prelims of the 800m run at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in 2:15.46 ... Recorded a season-best 800m time of 2:13.73 at the Stanford Invitational on Apr. 4 ... Posted three 800m performances under 2:14 ... Also ran 1:00.48 in the 400m.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time placewinner in the 800m at the Minnesota high school Class AA state championships, taking fifth as a freshman, fourth as a sophomore, seventh as a junior and sixth as a senior ... In 2011, she was a member of the Century HS team that claimed the Class AA state title in the 4x800m relay ... Personal-best 800m time of 2:13.13 (school record) and 400m time of 58.22 ... Two-time conference champion in the 400m ... Also an all-conference performer in soccer and an honor student.
