2025 Summit League Academic Honor Roll

2025 SEASON (SENIOR): Appeared in and started 51 games…Recorded a team-best .992 fielding percentage and team-high 382 putouts…Ranked fourth on a team in runs (21) and RBI (23)…Registered a .256 batting average, .372 slugging percentage and .369 on-base percentage…Connected on 44 hits, including eight doubles and four home runs…Logged 16 multiple hit games and five multiple RBI games.

2024 SEASON (JUNIOR): Appeared in 50 games with 35 starts at Charleston Southern…Registered a .212 batting average with 25 hits, including two doubles and two home runs…Posted five multiple hit games and four multiple RBI games…Added 23 runs and 16 RBI…Stole four bases on seven attempts.

PRIOR TO CHARLESTON SOUTHERN: Appeared in and started 107 games over two seasons at Neosho Community College from 2022-23…Earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors in 2022…Registered a .300 batting average with 51 hits, including 14 doubles and three home runs in the 2023 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at West Fargo Sheyenne High School…Named the 2021 North Dakota Gatorade Player of the Year…Helped West Fargo Sheyenne to a 26-7 overall record and the Class A state championship in his senior season…Registered a .394 batting average with 32 runs and 31 RBI…Earned All-State First Team honors in his senior season…Won legion state titles in 2018 and 2021.

PERSONAL: Son of Cindy and Gerald Urlaub…Gerald played baseball at Yavapai and football at Valley City State.
