2024 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Backup linebacker who played in 13 of the team's 16 games...Totaled 14 tackles with 3.0 tackles for loss...Had one sack against Tennessee State and added a forced fumble later in that game...Season-high five tackles against North Dakota and Murray State...Also had a fumble recovery and pass breakup at Murray State.

2023 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in three home games against Maine, Western Illinois and Murray State.

2022 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Bison program...Did not participate in any games.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2022 graduate of Moorhead High School...Three-year starter...Played for coach Kevin Feeney...Two-time all-district...Had 200 career tackles, seven forced fumbles and four interceptions...Accounted for 28 tackles, two forced fumbles and an interception as a senior...Also participates in track & field.

PERSONAL: Majoring in management communication...Son of Sarah Altepeter...Has a sister, Faith, and two brothers, Justin and Zander.
