2024 SEASON (SENIOR): Started all 16 games at cornerback for the NCAA Division I FCS national champions...Made 26 total tackles with a season-high four tackles against Towson and South Dakota...Broke up three passes on the season and had one interception against Towson...One fumble recovery against Missouri State...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

2023 SEASON (SENIOR): Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference All-Newcomer Team in his first year with the Bison after transferring from Bowling Green...Played in all 15 games and made eight starts at cornerback...Totaled 29 tackles with a season-high four tackles in games against Eastern Washington, Missouri State and Montana...Four pass break-ups on the season, including two in the NCAA semifinal game against Montana...One fumble recovery versus Maine...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

BEFORE NDSU: Came to NDSU with two years of eligibility after three years in the football program at Bowling Green...Saw action in five games as a true freshman in 2020...Made four tackles, all in his first career start at Akron...Played in 11 of 12 games in 2021...Made 12 total tackles including three at Minnesota and three at Kent State...Appeared in 10 of 12 games in 2022.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2020 graduate of Detroit Country Day High School...Three-year letterwinner...Played cornerback and wide receiver for coach Dan MacLean...Helped his team to a 13-1 record in 2019 and a combined 27-8 mark over three seasons...Had nine interceptions and 15 touchdowns in his career...Also a two-time all-state performer in track and field.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2024 with a degree in university studies...Son of Michael and Jeanne Sheppard...Has a brother, Joseph Jackson.
