2005-06 Season
Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Improved by more than four seconds in the 400 from the start of the season... Dropped under 58 seconds with a 57.68 showing at Notre Dame (4/4) in the final indoor meet of the year... A constant on the 1,600-meter relay squad which set a season-best 4:01.00 in a win at the Dakota Duals (2/25)... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Focused on the 400, ending the year with a 56.97 in a third-place result at the Divison I independent championships... Had two runner-up races in the event during the season, a 59.26 at the Bison Invitational (4/8) and a 58.06 at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/28).  

2004-05 Season: Redshirt

High School: Four-year letterwinner in track & field for Bishop Hartley High School in Columbus, Ohio... Two-time conference champion in the 400-meter dash... Also played key roles in multiple relays teams... Lettered three years as a member of the volleyball team... Prep track coach was Richard Jones... Personal: Daughter of Tom and Nancy Zmyslinski... Has one brother, Zach... Majoring in mass communication with a minor in Spanish.
