INDOOR (Senior): Earned second-team All-America honors in the 4x400m relay by placing 11th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Albuquerque ... Ran the second leg on the Bison 4x400m that clocked a school record 3:34.57 at Notre Dame on Feb. 22 to rank ninth in the nation for the season ... Summit League champion in the 400m dash and 4x400m relay, as well as taking runner-up honors to teammate Antoinette Goodman in the 200m dash ... Clocked an indoor personal-best 24.25 in the 200m prelims at the league meet, ranking second all-time at NDSU ... Posted a season-best time of 7.63 seconds in the 60m dash, ranking her third in NDSU history in the event ... Season-best 400m time of 53.94 at the Bill Bergan Invitational -- the second-fastest 400m performance in NDSU indoor history ... Summit League Academic All-League Team.

Defended her Summit League 400m title, winning her third outdoor 400m title and fifth between indoor and outdoor ... Broke Tamara Brudy's 11-year old record of 54.58 set in 2002 ... clocked 39.84 in the Dakota Duals 300m, good enough for No. 3 on NDSU's all-time list ... Season-best 200m time of 24.56 at the Iowa State Classic, ranking her fourth in school history at season's end ... Won the 400m at the Bison Classic, Jack Johnson Classic, USD Alumni Meet, Thundering Herd Classic and Summit League Championships.

INDOOR (Redshirt): Redshirted and competed unattached in the sprints.
OUTDOOR (Redshirt): Redshirted and only competed in one meet, running 12.50 seconds in the 100m dash and 25.30 seconds in the 200m dash at the Aztec Invitational in mid-March.
2010-11 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed primarily in the 400 meters...Ran a season-best time of 57.23 in the 400 at the Summit League Championships en route to a fifth place finish...Ran a season-best time o f25.55 in the 200 at the Iowa State Classic...Clocked in at 8.14 in the 60 meters at the Holiday Invitational.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in the 100, 200 and 400 meters...Clocked in a season-best time of 56.00 in the 400 at the Mt. SAC Relays...Finished second in the 200 meters at the Duke Invitational in 25.18...Took fifth in the 400 at the Summit League Championships in 58.17...Also placed seventh in the 200 at the league meet.
2009-10 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the 60, 200 and 400 meters...Finished third in the 400 meters at the Summit League Championships in a personal best time of 57.08...Posted a best time of 25.49 in the 200 meters at the Bill Bergan Invitational...Ran a best time of 7.90 in the 60 meter preliminaries at the Bison Classic.
Outdoor (Freshman): Sprinter for the Bison...Won the 200 meters and 400 meters at the Summit League Championships...Her time of 24.30 in the 200 is third all-time while her 400 time of 54.27 is fourth all-time...Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round...Finished 39th in 55.29...Also competed in the 100 meters and posted a best time of 11.86 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays, good for fourth all-time...Won the 200 meters in all four meets she ran the event...Claimed the 400 meter title at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.
