2008-09 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Won the high jump at the Dakota Duals with a mark of 5-7...Mark is tied for eighth all-time at NDSU...Finished third in the high jump at the Summit League Championships with a mark of 5-4 ¼...Also competed in the triple  jump at the league championships and finished sixth with a jump of 36-5 ½.

Outdoor (Junior): Competed in the triple jump, high jump and javelin...Posted a season-best mark of 5-4 ¼ in the high jump in a third place finish at the Ron Masanz Classic...Finished fourth in the high jump at the Summit League Championships...Had a season-best thow of 127-4 in the javelin at the Baldy Castillo Invitational...Came in sixth in the javelin at the league championships.

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Finished fifth in the pentathlon with a score of 3,026 and ninth in both the high jump (5-2 1/2) and triple jump (34-8 1/2) at the Summit League Championship.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished third in the javelin at the Summit League Championships with a personal-best throw of 125-1...Came in fourth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with a score of 4,348.

2006-07 SEASON

Indoor: Redshirt.

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished second in the heptathlon at the Division I Independent Championships with a score of 4,210... Also finished ninth in the high jump and long jump, fifth in the triple jump and second in the javelin.

HIGH SCHOOL: Versatile athlete placed in four events at the state meet as a senior for Fargo North High School... Finished in third place in the high jump, fourth in the triple jump and the javelin and was a member of the fifth-place 400-meter relay squad... Two time conference champion as a senior... Has prep bests of 35-10 in the triple jump, 5-3 in the high jump and 128-4 in the javelin... Earned four varsity letters in track & field and three on the basketball court as a forward/guard... Student council president... Earned the U.S. Army Reserve Excellence Athletic Award.

PERSONAL: Daughter of John and Sherry Carpenter... Majoring in human performance and fitness with a minor in psychology.
