2022-23 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in two meets, posting a season-best of 16-06.00 (5.03m) in the long jump.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.

2021-22 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Season-bests of 17-09.50 (5.42m) in the long jump and 2,704 points in the pentathlon at the Dakota Alumni Classic on Dec. 3.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-bests of 16-09.25 (5.11m) in the long jump and 3,265 points in the heptathlon.

High School: Two-time North Dakota state champion in the long jump, winning the state meet as a sophomore in 2019 and senior in 2021 … Two-time state champion in the 4x200m relay … Took 3rd at the state meet in the triple jump as a sophomore and placed 6th as a senior … Holds the Davies HS long jump school record of 18-11.50 … Howard Wood Dakota Relays long jump champion as a sophomore … Helped Davies HS win three state track & field team titles in her career … Also played basketball.
 
Personal: Daughter of Aaron and Patty Donat … Has one sister, Jane, and one brother, Andrew … Dad played football at MSU Moorhead, and mom competed in track & field for MSUM … Majoring in elementary education.
