2009-10 SEASON

Cross Country (Junior): Ran in four races...Posted a 5K season best time of 21:28.8 at the Midwest Collegiate Open.

Indoor (Junior): Specialized in the 400 meters...Ran the event in six meets...Posted a personal best time of 58.07 at the Bison Open...Won the 400 at the Cobber Duals and Jack Johnson Classic...Finished seventh at the Summit League Championships in 58.91.

Outdoor (Junior): Ran the 400 meters at seven meets...Placed eighth in the 400 at the Summit League Championships in a personal best time of 56.96, breaking the 57 second mark for the first time.

2008-09 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five races for the Bison...Posted a 5k best time at the season-opening Bison Invitational, finishing 31^st in 21:00.47 (9/5)...Best 6k time was 25:34.4 at the Tori Neubauer Invitational (10/18).

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished seventh in the 400 meters at the Summit League Championships in a personal best time of 59.23 (2/27)...Posted a personal best time of 27.12 in the 200 meters at the Iowa State Classic  (2/13)...Also competed in the 600 at the Dakota Duals in a time of 1:39.40 (1/30)...Ran the 800 at the Parents Day Open in 2:23.27 (2/21).

Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in both the 200 and the 400...Ran a personal best in the 400 meters at the Summit League Championships, finishing sixth in 57.65 (5/14)...Posted a best time of 26.33 in the 200 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/1).

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Finished seventh in the 200 at the Bison Classic in 27.33...Won the 400 at the Bison Classic in 60.54.

Outdoor (Freshman): Won the 400 at the Cobber Twilight...Ran a personal best of 58.85 at the Summit League Championships en route to a seventh place finish in the 400.

HIGH SCHOOL: A five-year letterwinner in track at Devils Lake (N.D.) High School... Holds the school records in the 100m, 200m, and 400m, most of which were run at the state meet... Has placed in the 400m at the state track meet every year since 7th grade... A four-year letterwinner and three-year starter in basketball... Was named to the all-conference and all-state teams while leading Devils Lake to the state championship game her senior year... Also a two-year starter on the volleyball team.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dean and Nancy Black... Has two older brothers, Adam and Spencer...Majoring in pharmacy.
