INDOOR (Junior): Took eighth in the pentathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships, scoring 3,067 points ... totaled 3,218 points in pentathlon at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 10 ... season-best 60m hurdles time of 9.30 seconds ... cleared 5-04.25 (1.63m) in the high jump at the Bison Open on Feb. 11 ... season-best mark of 16-09.25 (5.11m) in the long jump.

OUTDOOR (Junior): All-Summit League performer in the heptathlon, placing third at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... totaled a personal-best 4,510 points in the heptathlon at the conference meet ... also placed eighth in the 100m hurdles at the Summit Championships, finishing in 14.83 seconds ... personal-best 100m hurdles time of 14.80 seconds at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 21 ... season-best high jump of 5-05.25 and long jump of 17-02.75 at the conference meet ... scored 4,435 points in the Cal Invitational Heptathlon on Apr. 18-19.

2010-11 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished third in the pentathlon at the Holiday Invitational with 3,244 points...Ran the 60 hurdles in 9.54 at the Bison Classic...Also competed in the long jump and high jump at the Bison Classic.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with 3,939 points...Placed eighth in the high jump at the league meet with a mark of 4-11.

2009-10 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Multi-event athlete...Placed fifth in the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships with 3,369 points...Score is 10th all-time at NDSU...Posted personal-best marks in both the 60 hurdles and high jump as part of the pentathlon...Clocked in at 9.25 in the 60 hurdles and cleared 5-5 ¼ in the high jump...Also placed third in the triple jump at the league championships with a mark of 5-4 ¼.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with 4,296 points...Also competed in the heptathlon at the Florida State Relays and Cal Invitational...Participated in the high jump and 100 hurdles at three meets each...Tied for 13th in the high jump at the Summit League Championships...Posted a personal best mark of 5-4 in the high jump at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Wayzata High School...Four year letterwinner in track and field...Three-time all-state selection...Finished third in the 100 meter hurdles at the Minnesota state championships as a sophomore and junior...Came in fifth in the event as a senior...Also finished ninth in the high jump as a senior...Won the 100 hurdles section title as a junior...Captured the section title in the high jump as a senior...Helped Wayzata win the state title in 2007...Also competed in gymnastics...Won the section title in the all-around as a junior...Four-time state participant.
