2008-09 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Set a school record of 3,798 in the pentathlon at the Bison Open...Score was also an NCAA provisional qualifying mark...Posted a time of 8.84 in the 60 meter hurdles at both the Iowa State Classic and the Summit League Championships...Mark is ranked seventh all-time at NDSU...Finished second in the pentathlon, third in the 60 meter hurdles and sixth in the 60 meters at the league championships.

Outdoor (Junior): Won the heptathlon with a  championship record of 5,072 points at the Summit League championships...Score is ranked fourth all-time...Finished third in the 100 hurdles at the league championships in 14.06, which is fifth all-time at NDSU...Member of school-record setting sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays (3:52.95).

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished second in the pentathlon at the Bison Open with a personal-best of 3,435, good for fifth on the all-time performance charts...Won the 400 meters at the Bison Open in 58.03.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Won the heptathlon at the Hurricane Invitational...Finished second in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with 4,547 points...Came in fifth in the 100 meter hurdles at the Summit League Championships in a time of 14.86.

2006-07 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Won the pentathlon at the Bison Open with a score of 3,331... Also placed 10th in the event in Nebraska with a score of 3,430, which places her fifth on the NDSU all-time list... Won the 60m dash at the Dakota Duals and the 60m hurdles at the Bison Open.

Outdoor: Redshirt.

2005-06 SEASON

Indoor: Redshirt.

Outdoor (Freshman): Placed in five different events at the Division I independent championships to help the Bison to its first team title... Scored wins in the 200 and the heptathlon... Her 4,577-point performance in the heptathlon ranks No. 8 all-time at NDSU... Also among the school’s all-time elite in the 100-meter dash and the 100-meter hurdles with times of 12.10 and 14.60.    

HIGH SCHOOL: Ten-time state champion from Mandan (N.D.) High School... Sprinting champ in the 100 and 200 as a freshman, sophomore and a senior... Added a 100-meter hurdles title and a third-place finish in the long jump as a senior en route to being named Western Dakota Association MVP... As a junior, runner-up in the 100 and 200 at the state meet...  MVP at the state meet as a freshman and a sophomore... Holds Western Dakota Association records in the 100 (11.79), 200 (24.00) and the 100 hurdles (14.39)... Holds state meet records in the 100 (12.2), 200 (25.05) and 100 hurdles (14.57)... Four-year letterwinner in basketball playing shooting guard.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Fred Zander Jr. and Lila Zander... Family includes one brother, Brandon, and one sister, Heidi... Majoring in human performance and fitness.
