Cross Country (Junior): Ran in all six meets...Placed seventh in the first meet of the season, the 5k NDSU Open in 19:42.70...Ran a personal best time of 22:19.5 to finish 17th at The Summit League Championships...Placed 125th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 22:52.64...Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
Indoor (Junior): Competed in distance events for the Bison...Ran the 1,000 meters at eh Bison Classic in 3:11.13...Ran the mile at two meets, posting a best time of 5:11.23 at the Bill Bergan Invitational...Also competed in the 3,000 meters at two meets...Placed fifth in a best time of 10:12.72 at the Iowa State Classic...Finished ninth in the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships in 17:54.95, which ranks eighth all-time at NDSU.

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 3,000 meters at three races...Posted a personal-best time of 10:23.42 at the Bill Bergan Invitational...Ran the mile in 5:13.31 at the Parents Day Open...Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships in 17:57.61.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran the 1,500 meters at the Bison Open in 4:55.89...Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Duke Invitational...Finished 12th in 18:01.46.
2008-09 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in all seven races...Ran a 5K personal best at the season-opening Bison Invitational, finishing 21st in 19:12.26 (9/5)...Finished 28th at the Summit League Championships in a personal-best 6K time of 22:34 (11/3)...Came in 152nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 23:49.05 (11/15).
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 3,000 meters and the mile...Posted three top three finishes in the 3,000...Ran a best time of 10:35.15 in the 3,000 at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/24)...Finished third in the mile at the Bison Open in 5:26.18 (2/6).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran the 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters for the Bison...Finished 10th in the 3,000 in 10:47.54 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/1)...Ran a personal-best of 18:48.23 in the 5,000 at the Cobber Twilight (4/21)...Finished 18th in the 5,000 at the Summit League Championships...Came in 10th in the 10,000 at the league championships in 40:09.89 (5/14).
HIGH SCHOOL: Six-year letterwinner in track and cross country (four at Dover Eyota in Minn. and final two at Fargo South)...At Dover Eyota, qualified for the state championship in cross country from 2003-05...Named All-State in 2004 and 2005...Also a state qualifier in track in 2005 and 2006 in the 3200 and the 4x800 relay...In two years at Fargo South, two-time state qualifier and All-State selection in cross country...Finished fifth at the state championships in 2007...Also a state qualifier in track in 2007 in the 3200m and 1600m races...Named All-State in both races...Helped Fargo South to a state title in 2007.
