2013-14 SEASON

INDOOR (Senior):
Claimed eighth place in the triple jump at the Summit League Indoor Championships, jumping 36-03.50 (11.06m) ... long jump season-best mark of 17-10.25 (5.44m) at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 6, finishing in fifth place at the meet.
OUTDOOR (Senior): Placed fifth in the triple jump at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a season-best mark of 37-11.50 (11.57m) ... Also took ninth in the long jump at the conference meet.


2012-13 SEASON

INDOOR (Junior):
Placed seventh in the long jump and ninth in the triple jump at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Recorded season-bests of 17-08.00 (5.38m) in the long jump and 36-05.00 (11.10m) in the triple jump at the league meet.
OUTDOOR (Junior): Placed sixth in the long jump and eighth in the triple jump at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Recorded season-bests of 18-08.50 (5.70m) in the long jump and 37-06.00 (11.43m) in the triple jump at the league meet ... Posted a personal-best 200m time of 25.64 at the Aztec Invitational on Mar. 16.

2011-12 SEASON

INDOOR (Sophomore): Placed fifth in the long jump at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a season-best leap of 18-01.50 ... Bison Open long jump champion on Feb. 11 with a jump of 17-11.00 ... won the triple jump and placed second in the long jump at the season-opening Dakota Duals on Dec. 10 ... won the triple jump at the Bison Open with a mark of 36-05.00 ... 12th in the triple jump at the Summit League Indoor Championships.

OUTDOOR (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the triple jump, posting a mark of 39-05.25 that ranks seventh in NDSU history ... also recorded a long jump season best at the conference meet, jumping 18-09.00 for fourth place ... Bison Invitational champion in the triple jump and runner-up in the long jump ... posted strong performances at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 19-20, jumping 38-04.00 in the triple jump and 18-03.00 in the long jump.

2010-11 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman):
Long and triple jumper...Leaped a personal best mark of 18-4 ¼ in the long jump at the Summit League Championships, which was good for fourth place...Won the triple jump at the Bison Open with a personal best mark of 37-7 ¼...Finished eighth at the Summit League Championships with a mark of 36-11 ½...Also competed in the pentathlon at the Bison Open and finished with a score of 2,817 points.
Outdoor (Freshman): Multi-event athlete for the Bison...Competed primarily in the long jump and triple jump...Won the triple jump and took second in the long jump at the NDSU-UND dual...Finished second in the long jump at the Summit League Championships with a personal best mark of 18-7 ¼...Placed third in the triple jump at the league championships after reaching a mark of 38-6 ¾...Also competed in the javelin and finished 17th with a mark of 67-0...Voted Newcomer of the Championships...Named to Summit League All-Academic team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Six-year letterwinner in track and field at Fargo South High School...Won the North Dakota state titles in the long jump and triple jump as a freshman and sophomore...Member of the 4x100 relay team that finished third at the state championships in 2008 and 2010...4x200 relay team took second at the state championships in 2008...Played three years of basketball and helped team to three straight EDC titles.
