2004-05 Season

Indoor Track & Field: Redshirt... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Ran to victory at the Cobber Twilight with a time of 1:01.06 in the 400... Placed third in the event at the Bison Open... Finished in sixth place at the Division I independent championships after crossing in 2:17.51 in the 800... Had a season-best 2:17.48 in the 800 with a runner-up finish at the Simpson Twilight... Anchored the 3,200-meter relay quartet which placed 10th at the Drake Relays with a time of 9:11.38.

2003-04 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Contributed in the middle distance events for the Bison as a freshman... Indoor season highlighted by a victory in the 1,000-meters at the Husky Open with a time of 3:00.64... Also had a runner-up finish at the MSU-Mankato Alumni Open (1,000, 3:05.48)... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Finished eighth in the Kansas Relays 1,500 with a time of 5:10.61 during the outdoor season.

High School: Was an all-state performer in track & field for Jamestown (N.D.) High School... Three-time state runner-up in the 800... A four-time Eastern Dakota Conference champion in the 800 and was named EDC Athlete of the Year her senior year... Four-year letterwinner in track... Five-year letterwinner and all-conference in cross country... Helped the Blue Jays to three straight state cross country championships... Also competed in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior, placing sixth at state... Participated in Girls State... Prep coaches were Russ Schmeichel and Arnie Falk.

Personal: Daughter of Frank and Dianne Conlon... Has two sisters, Katie and Abbie... Majoring in english education.
