Cross Country (Senior): Ran in four races...Posted a season-best 5k time of 20:08.22 at the NDSU Open...Ran a season-best 6k time of 23:23.5 at the Tori Neubauer Invitational.
Indoor (Senior): Specialized in the mile...Finished 19th in the mile at the Iowa State Classic in a season-best 5:10.87...Also placed 13th in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic in 10:45.04.
Outdoor (Junior): Ran the 1,500 meters in four meets and the 5,000 meters in one...Clocked in at a personal best time of 4:51.45 in the 1,500 at the Kip Janvrin Open...Placed 12th in the 1,500 (4:58.39) and 19th in the 5,000 (19:04.78) at the Summit League Championships.
2009-10 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Ran in three meets...Posted a 5k season best time of 19:27.58 at the NDSU Open.
Indoor (Junior): Ran the 3,000 meters in three meets...Clocked a personal-best time of 10:38.04 in winning her section at the Jack Johnson Classic...Also ran the mile in 5:10.77 at the Bill Bergan Invitational.
Outdoor (Junior): Did not compete in any races.
2008-09 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in all seven races for the Bison...Posted a personal best time of 23:08.60 at the Summit League Championships (6K) en route to a 39th place finish (11/3)...Finished 149th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in a time of 23:46.05 (11/15).
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 3,000 meters at two meets...Posted a season-best time of 11:12.58 in the event at the Dakota Duals (1/30)...Finished sixth in the mile at the Bison Open in a time of 5:34.76.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Posted a season-best time in the 5,000 at the Cobber Twilight, coming in third in 19:39.46 (4/21)...Finished 13th in the 3,000 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in a time of 11:02.63 (5/1)...Ran both the 5,000 and the 10,000 at the Summit League Championships...Finished 22nd in the 5,000 in 19:59.46 and 12th in the 10,000 in 42:49.22 (5/14).
2007-08 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Finished sixth in the mile at the Bison Open in a season-best time of 5:20.49 and fifth at the Bison Classic.
Outdoor (Freshman): Was fourth in the 1500 at the Cobber Twilight, finishing in 5:04.68...Third at the Ron Masanz Invitational in the 5000 in a personal best time of 19:33.84.
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran a personal-best of 24:08.0 at the Summit League Championships en route to a 43rd place finish.
HIGH SCHOOL: Six year letter winner cross country and three year letterwinner in track at Coon Rapids (Minn.) High School... Earned all-conference honors five times and was named MVP and team captain her junior and senior years... Ran in the state meet her junior and senior years... Member of all-conference championship team... Lettered six times in cross country skiing, where she earned all-conference honors five times and participated in two state meets.
PERSONAL:Â Daughter of Timothy and Catherine Dahlquist... Has a younger sister, Laura, and younger brother, David... Related to Chris Dahlquist, who spent parts of 12 seasons in the National Hockey League, including two seasons with the Minnesota North Stars... Majoring in marketing.
