The 2005 Season (Junior): Started all 36 matches and played in all 124 games...Third on the team in kills (289), second in blocks (122), and second in points (388.5)...Had 10 kills in 14 attacks for a career-high .714 hitting percentage in a victory over Providence (11/10)...Hit .500 with 12 kills and added a career-best four aces in another win over Providence (11/12)...Twelve matches with 10-plus digs, including a season-high 15 kills in the five-game home loss to Texas-Pan American (10/14)...Season-high nine blocks against Northern Colorado and had 15 matches with four or more blocks...Named Academic All-Independent and voted to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 second team...Harvest Bowl scholarship recipient.
The 2004 Season (Sophomore): Selected to the Division I All-Independent team and the Independent All-Academic Team...Division I independent Defensive Player of the Week twice (10-5 and 11-9)...Started 31 of 33 matches and played in 117 games...Averaged 2.44 kills and 1.06 blocks per game...Recorded her first collegiate double-double with 13 kills and 13 blocks in the season finale, a 3-1 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (11-13) at the Division I independent tournament...Had 14 matches with double-figure kills, including a career-high 20 in the 3-2 loss to Northern Colorado (11-12) in the independent tourney.
The 2003 Season (Freshman): Lindsay appeared in 15 matches and 18 games during the 2003 season...Hit .129 (13k-9e-31att) with five block assists and four digs...Delivered a career-high four kills vs. Winona State (9-12)...Finished with a season best 5.5 points against Emporia State (8-29), while recording three digs and three block assists.
High School: A 2003 graduate of LaMoure High...Two-time all-state pick for coach Maureen Svihovec...Had 449 kills, 93 blocks, 97 aces and 218 digs in leading the Loboes to the state tournament in 2002, when she was District 5 Player of the Year...Region 3 Player of the Year and Class B "Miss Volleyball" candidate...2002 all-Forum team...Three-time all-region volleyball pick...All-state tournament performer...Also an all-region pick on the basketball court for the Loboes...Averaged 18 points per game...Regular on the honor roll.
Personal: Daughter of Bruce and Ann Shockman of LaMoure...Formerly Lindsay Shockman, she married Logan Rogers on June 4, 2005...Has six brothers, Jordan, Clayton, Caleb, Skylar, Logan and Colten...Her father, Bruce, was a standout Bison basketball player in the 1970s and her uncle, Tom, played football for NDSU in the 1980s...Majoring in zoology...Plans to attend dental school upon graduation...Worked as a nanny during the summer.
